We really like to go out to run through and get takeout . It ’s one of the biggest weak points in our budget every month .
Seriously , if we got over budget , it ’s almost always because of takeout and live on out to eat .
Here’s one surprising way to stop going out to eat when you shouldn’t:
Go Wash the Dishes
Stick with me on this one .
I ca n’t be the only one who feels overwhelmed and punctuate when I look at a messy kitchen .
The last thing I desire to do is make and pile up more messes . Plus , it seems like way too much employment to have to make clean and undo the jam before I make and make a young mess hall .
It took me a while to see that my desire to get takeout was touch on by the province of my kitchen , but it ’s all dead on target .
In fact , the day I started writing this place , I texted my husband and tell him we should get pizza for dinner party . A trivial later on I noticed how mussy our kitchen was as well as how banal I was feeling . Those thing are absolutely related .
I even took a picture of my kitchen sinkhole for you . # awkward . I ’m still a piece of work in progress !
When I can keep up with washing the dishes and pass over down the counters at least once a day , I have more energy and desire to cook .
I found this picture of a beautiful kitchen . Does n’t that clean counter leave you feeling more motivated to cook ?
Since this revelation , I ’ve been assay much gruelling to keep up with our kitchen .
Eating out should be a playfulness treat , not an emotional decisiveness to cope with overwhelm .
Moral of the story : If you are systematically spend more than planned on eating out or takeout , make more of an attempt to keep your kitchen clean !
