I ’m not sure I can in full describe how much self-will it takes some solar day to get off the couch and put on physical exertion clothes in the winter .

You could even make a rule that the TV ca n’t be on unless someone is riding the wheel . That ’ll get your family go !
10. Make Room for Activity
I ’ve found that we ’re more active when there ’s space to be active . If your house is packed with mare’s nest or just a mass of furniture , then there ’s no space to sit on the floor and stretch or do some other use .
It ’s really nice to have some open space in your home for the winter when you ’re cooped up indoors a deal . weigh freeing up some storey blank space by moving piece of furniture around or get free of some pieces completely .
