Almost every article and book write about how to reduce screen time is about kids . This is so wrong ! I know it ’s an important issue and parents fight with how to confine screen time , but hardly anyone is talking about how adults can and need to abridge screen clip .
Screen time is just as much a trouble for adults as it is for kid , and us adult do n’t have parent concerned and set demarcation line for us , correct ?
We talk about wanting to live in the moment and originate deeper family relationship . 2. Decide What You Want to Do Instead
Why do you want to reduce screen metre ? What would you rather do with your meter ?
For me , I want to read , play television plot with Austin , and watch shows without simultaneously scrolling through Instagram ( single - tasking ! ) . Yes , some of those matter are still “ covert prison term ” but they areintentional , which is my main finish .
Knowing what I want to do with my time help keep me off of my devices .
