Creating an emergency meal plan has been on my thinker for a while now .
It started with a general feeling that I should stock up on some staple when the coronavirus hit . But all of the “ backlog lists ” online did n’t finger like they were what I needed . A buttery jam - packed with random basics did n’t feel all that helpful .
I realise that instead of a reserve , I wanted an emergencymeal plan — food set aside that can give us specific meals for a decided amount of time . Not 20 hammer of flour and sugar . I desire specific .
So I created this three day emergency repast programme as a start .
Why 3 days?
It ’s in general recommended by the government and other beginning that you have solid food and water on paw to last for 3 days/72 hours .
In the event of a natural disaster , it can take a few day for ministration and supply to get to you .
Ask yourself: What kind of emergency am I most likely to experience?
