Step 1: Mail Comes In

Step 2: Planner to Set Dates for Paying Bills

We do n’t have a monthly bill for our railway car payment , but it ’s list on the budget spreadsheet . There have been a few time that I ’ve looked at my budget spreadsheet and realized that I had n’t check off that I pay that yet . Without checking off all of our paid flyer on the spreadsheet , I could easily miss something .
I also write a checkmark on each composition bill along with the appointment that I paid it , so that there is no confusion .
Step 4: The Folder for Paid Bills
Next , I put all of the bear bank bill in a different folder in my homemaking ligature , labeled “ To File ” .
Sure , I could immediately put all of the eyeshade in the filing cabinet but I ’m lazy . I put everything in the “ To File ” folder for now .
If I require to find a pay bill , I get laid that it has either been filed or is sitting in that pamphlet waiting to be filed . There is no where else it would be .
Step 5: Filing
Once the “ To File ” folder get quite full ( ordinarily every few months ) , I draw everything out and file away it in our proper filing storage locker . I go through the cast aside cabinet about once a twelvemonth to get free of anything we no longer want to keep .
