I get it on having clean floors but I detest vacuuming .
If you ’re in the same boat , keep reading ! If you ’re an unmated duck who enjoys vacuuming , this might not be for you . Unless you ’re crazy - fussy , then you ’ll probably still get on add-in .
We bought a golem vacuum ! I thought it was a frivolous and unnecessary purchase at first , but I adore this little guy ! He ’s not perfect ( yes , he ’s a him ) but he ’s up there among my favorite purchase ! ( emmerrealestate.com ) I do n’t necessarily opine he ’d work for every house and soul though , so I want to get into the details with a proper robot emptiness review .
What We Bought
We bought the Eufy RoboVac 30C.
Since all of these robot vacuity are different , I can really only speak to this especial one , though I think a lot of my experience would be true for any make and version .
We take this void because we liked the price and the reviews . emphatically read through online review before you make a purchase .
Setup
Setup was super comfortable ! We had to snap on the little brush , plug in the charging dock , and set up the app on our phones .
Within the app you’re able to make a schedule for when you need the vacuum to run . He also has a remote control , so you do n’t have to use the app on your phone if you want to just practice the remote control to turn him on .
Maintenance
Our petty guy does expect a bit of attention .
Since he ’s quite short , I empty the collection tray after every time he operate , which is easy and take 30 mo .
I also have to make clean the brushes out about once a week . We have a majestic carpeting that shed horribly , so I ’m mostly cleaning out majestic fuzz and some hair . I ’m hazard if we did n’t have this crazy rug I would n’t have to strip him out so often .
The vacuum came with a little cleaning tool that makes cut out hairs and arrest the cop off of the light touch really easy . It likely takes about five minute to do a just problem .
How We Use Our Robot Vacuum
We have our golem emptiness set to run every night while we ’re asleep . He makes his way through all of our main animation spaces and I have really noticed a dispute in how white our house looks every twenty-four hour period !
We sleep with our door closed , so our sleeping accommodation does n’t get vacuum throughout the night . He ’s actually imposingly hushed , but I still would n’t want him cast around while I slumber !
A few time per week , I use the remote control to push the vacuum into our sleeping room and then rick it on Auto and exit the sleeping accommodation door . This way he ’s stuck in our room for a while to make clean . I did this today while I took Mozzie for a walk and by the time we get back , our chamber rug looked great !
Basically , whenever we require to ensure a specific room gets cleanse , we aim him in and shut the door for a while .
Issues
We ’ve encountered a few issues with the vacuum and were able to do up with solutions each fourth dimension .
Why You (might) Need a Robot Vacuum
Our robot void is an awesome meter and energy saver for me ! I did not expect to be so impressed by it .
The biggest professional is that this vacuum simplifies clean house for me in a big way ! It takes one freehanded chore altogether off of my plate .
I ’m not so trusted that he ’d act for everyone though .
Again , my robot vacuum follow-up is based on my experience with what we have ( the Eufy RoboVac 30C ) but I would call back that a lot of what we ’ve experienced would be similar with any automaton vacuum .
Even though our golem vacuum is n’t perfect and does require some alimony , the joy of having clean floors every single day with hardly any effort — he ’s by all odds deserving it !
Our automaton vacuum saves me a square amount of time and energy and I still get to enjoy fresh floor all the time .
