I want to work on modernise some healthier habits this year and I ’m hoping you ’ll join me 🙂
I ’ve been set shorter - term goals recently because I ’ve found that they put to work better for me . I can really focus on that end or drug abuse if I know that it ’s only for a few week .
I can get sting out or have too brusque of an aid duad for long - terminus goal .
So , the first substance abuse I want to sour on developing is drinking more water .

Why Do It?
I ’m middling terrible at drink enough water . Unless I get really thirsty , I just do n’t starve it and I forget to take a sip .

Plus , there are vast benefits to staying hydrated , like good skin , decreased fatigue , and fewer headaches to name a few .

I could literally salute all of my calories everyday . I love succus , soda , hot cocoa … You name it . When I count calories every once in a while , I always contend to drink fewer calories so that I can get more and better nutrient from food .
I ’m kind of hop that if I get in the drug abuse of drinking enough water , I ’ll lust weewee more and soda less . I ’m not certain if that ’s a thing , but I ’m hope 🙂
The Plan

I prefer to pledge cold piss , so every night before bed , I ’m go bad to fill a pitcher up and put it in the fridge so that I have raft of cold water supply quick the next Clarence Shepard Day Jr. to fill up up my piddle bottle with .
I ’ve never liked water infused with fruit or anything like that , but I might try it if I get really sick of plain water .
The easy way I can think of to cut across my water intake is through my to do leaning . I make up a to do list every night for the next solar day . I ’m going to add three box to fit off each day for the three pee feeding bottle I call for to drink .
