For the retiring few months , we ’ve been transition to a vegan repast plan . And since I ’ve antecedently share what we eat in a hebdomad ( the first one , and thenthe low sugar version ) , I figured it was time to do a young post : What We Eat in a Week : Vegan Edition .
I reckon switch how you eat is always a bit of a conundrum at first as you sail new choices and have to give up your penchant bud to adapt to newfangled vegan foods and flavors . Sidenote : We ’re still in transition with this . We rust mostly vegan repast at home but vegetarian meals when we visit family or go out to use up .

Why We’re Eating Vegan
We started eating less animal products for environmental and brute ruthlessness reason .
We watched a few documentaries that solidified this thought : The Game ChangersandCowspiracy .
My friend Alexis ( fromFitnancials ) has been vegan for many years and spend time with her influenced me as well . It was helpful to see what she ate and be able to ask her questions .
Results of our Vegan Meal Planning
While we did n’t start run through vegan to achieve any finical result ( like we did when we stopped eating so much sugar ) , I actually have seen some prescribed results in how I feel each day ! I have more muscularity and do n’t get that megascopic inert feeling after a great , heart and soul - profound meal .
I also have to say that I feel good about the fact that I am living out my value in a great room , which gives me a mental rise !
The Foods We Avoid

Has It Been Expensive?
Overall , no . Since this is a moderately recent change , I ’m still adjusting to what to buy and where to get it for the near Leontyne Price .
We have been try severely not to run through the vegan versions of the foods we used to eat because that can get crazy - expensive . The time we spend too much money on intellectual nourishment have been when we purchase vegan frigid pizza , heaps of vegan cheese , vegan meats , etc .
We mostly endeavor to eat on nutrient that are naturally vegan , which is not any more expensive than what we used to bribe . Our market cart is full of fresh produce , along with some attic , pasta , almond milk , and bread .

I ’ve been on the lookout for ideas to help me build up our vegan meal design , and have found a few slap-up resources .
The Meatless Monday Family Cookbook : This cookbook is amazing ! I got it from the library and replicate out 19 recipes . They are kinfolk well-disposed and are made of factor that we usually have .

The transition to eating mostly vegan meal at home really has n’t been too hard . I ’ve considered it a fun challenge and we ’ve been sense unspoilt and enjoy new foods .
