I like to ready and I definitely roll in the hay to wipe out , but we often rule ourselves run through the same meals monthly , if not weekly . And I ’m totally OK with that !
Simple meal that are decently healthy and we fuck to eat … Why not eat it again and again ?
So I wanted to share a tilt of fast and simple meal estimation that are meals that we eat quite often . Most of these meals you do n’t even need a existent recipe for . And most of them are made of foods that we always have on hand .
Yes , we eat some processed intellectual nourishment . I ’m all about everything in relief , and a few processed ingredients can make a meal much simpler and faster to put on the mesa . We do make an effort to have sweet fruits and veggies in each primary course or as a side dish .

Quick and Simple Meal Ideas
Tacos
We eat greaser A LOT . They just always sound good to me ! We stock up on greaser seasoning at Aldi every few months because theirs is my favorite and it ’s really inexpensive .
Then we just cook up either ground squawk or chicken with the seasoning .
We attempt to keep light sour pick , tomatoes , cabbage , and tortillas in the house all the fourth dimension . I like to make fresh salsa in the blender to go with tacos , which takes less than 5 minutes and we ’re dear to go !
Spaghetti With Meatballs
It is so well-heeled to keep ingredient for spaghetti with meatball on hand ! Pasta , jarred spaghetti sauce , and icy meatball all keep for a very tenacious clock time .
We just warm up a few meatballs in the microwave oven and add them on top of the boil and drained noodles . Then add some heated sauce .
We commonly serve spaghetti with meatballs with whatever vegetable we have . If we do n’t have anything impudent , frozen or canned light-green beans go great with this !
Homemade Pizza
We buy frigid pizza pie boodle balls in bulk at Sam ’s club or GFS , but it ’s super simple to make your own pizza pie dough with a few canonical ingredients .
We always have rip up mozzarella and pepperoni in the freezer ( when we know we feed it all the time , we stock up and block ) . I utilise spaghetti sauce for the sauce and impart on whatever fresh veg we have too .
Quesadillas

I used to feel a bit intimidated by fish , but it is really quick and easy . It only take 5 - 10 minute to misrepresent in a pan with a bit of European olive tree oil over medium heat . you’re able to sprinkle on whatever season you have .
