Throughout the nightfall and winter , we have been having bake oatmeal for breakfast every single day and I could not make out it more ! Not only is it delectable , filling , and healthy , but it literally only takes 30 moment to warm up up in the microwave each sunrise . So fast and easy !
The pumpkin flavor is not super strong . It ’s get cinnamon and slender pumpkin smell and makes me feel like I ’m eating something indulgent for breakfast . Also , it ’s not a very “ pretty ” nutrient , so my pics may not look super appetizing . believe me when I tell you that you must hear it !
So after all of the question , I ’m finally divulging my formula !

I originally used a baked oatmeal recipe from theBudget Bytes cookbookbut have made some changes for flavor and so that it contains much less sugar . say more about our low-toned refined sugar dieting here .
It shit about eight helping . I often double the recipe ( as you ’ll see in the pictures ) so that we have breakfast for the integral week quick to go !
Kitchen Supplies
You do n’t need anything peculiar to make these , but here are the supply I use :
8×8 Pyrex Baking Dish : Having the matching hat build stack away it in the electric refrigerator nice and soft . To double the recipe , I use a9×13 Pyrex .
Kitchenaid Stand Mixer : It ’s not necessary , but it surely makes almost every recipe I make a little easier ! I get down my mixer as a wedding talent and have been wholly happy with it ( though I wish it were a dissimilar color ) .

Preheat oven to 375 ° .
Spray your genus Pan with nonstick preparation spray .
Combine pumpkin , nut , brown kale , salt , cinnamon , cloves , baking powder , and pecan tree in a large bowl or abide mixer until unruffled .

I usually mix this up and put in the oven before I get dinner started . By the time we ’re done eating dinner party , I can take it out of the oven , let it cool off , and hive up it in the icebox for breakfast the next dawn .
Each morning I scoop a serving into each bowling ball and microwave it for 30 seconds . It makes the soft and degenerate breakfast for us !
