I wanted to share on the dot what our repast plan for a week looks like these days : what we ’re plan to eat on , where we frequent , and how much we spend .
A few notes on our dieting :
For two grownup , we hear to spend about$70 per workweek on market . ( That ’s just food for thought we eat at home . I budget separately for household supplies and eating out . )
Since I budget monthly , I breed $ 70 by how many weeks there are in the month . This month , I budgeted $ 350 for groceries . As you ’ll see , we get a chip over $ 70 this week to stockpile up on meat that will last a while , so next hebdomad we ’ll have to spend less for everything to even out .

Breakfast:
Cereal + Coffee
Lunch:
Austin ’s study lunches : Chopped raw veggies , chicken or Salmon River , sparkling urine , a fiber ginmill , and a banana .
Christine : Scrambled eggs with veggies and toastorleftovers .
Dinner:
Balsamic Chicken Wraps : We fill up sandwich wrap with cooked chicken , shredded high mallow , slit green peppercorn , cattle farm dressing and hot sauce and warm up them in a frypan . If we have it , they ’re even better with Francis Bacon bits and coriander add in .
Chicken Nuggets with Raw Veggies : Yeah , we bought dino nugget and we eat like toddlers 🙂
Salmon Burgers with Roasted Veggies : I’m completely addict to thesalmon Warren Earl Burger pattiesfrom Sam ’s Club — cooked in a skillet , spread with a minuscule mayo , and splosh with salt and pepper . For roasted veg , we chop carrots , onions , and Irish potato ( even and sweet ) . Drizzle with olive oil . dust with salt , capsicum pepper plant , and garlic pulverisation . Bake at 450 ° for about 40 minutes , flick halfway through .
Blueberry Pancakes with Scrambled Eggs : We have sooo many frozen blueberry bush , so I ’ve been add them to flannel-cake . Breakfast for dinner is my favourite !
Homemade Pizza : This is like a mob bodily function . I make the sugar during the mean solar day from whatever recipe I piece online . Then we put it together when Austin bugger off home . Sometimes we get fancy and endeavor to do gormandise insolence or a chicken - spread pizza . This is the unspoilt panwe’ve found for broil homemade pizza .
Spaghetti and Meatballs with Broccoli : I either use frozen meatballs or conflate some cooked ground squawk into the jar of sauce . glacial broccoli can be heat in the microwave , making this whole meal super simpleton .
Snacks:
Hard Boiled Eggs
train Cheese
Applesauce
Dessert:
Dark Chocolate Squares
Mini Peanut Butter Cups ( Aldi ’s chocolate sections issogood . )
Of course , we did n’t have to purchase every individual item to make all of this for the week . Some of the constituent were already in the closet or fridge . I bought a few things that I do n’t necessarily need this week , but that I like to keep on manus .
We shit at Aldi every week for the mass of our foodstuff and then stop at either Sam ’s Club or Meijer for a few extras . This hebdomad we needed kernel , so we went to Sam ’s Club because I care to corrupt crybaby breast and Salmon River burgers there .

Grand Total: $73.10
We decease a few dollars over the ideal $ 70 hebdomadal budget , but the chicken and Salmon River burgers will last a few weeks , so we should be a bit under budget in the add up week .
As you’re able to see , we each eat fairly much the same thing for breakfast and tiffin each day . This really helps to simplify our shopping and continue us from wasting food .
Most of our dinners hardly require a recipe . They ’re simple compounding of foods we enjoy with fruit or vegetable side bag .
